- The City of Cedar Falls candidates with an election date of July 7, 2020, are required to file a campaign disclosure report no later than 4:30 pm on Thursday, July 2nd.
- All open candidate committees, PACs and central committees with an election this year; are required to submit a campaign disclosure report no later than 4:30 pm on Tuesday, May 19th. The period covering is from January 1st through May 14th.

Following the Public Health Disaster Proclamation by Governor Reynolds on March 17, 2020, the Iowa Ethics and Campaign Disclosure Board staff will be working remotely for most of the next several weeks or more. Since all campaign finance reports are required to be filed electronically, filing deadlines have not been changed. If you anticipate COVID-19 related difficulties in filing your report on time, please contact our office immediately. Staff will still respond promptly to email and voicemail messages and, if necessary, be able to schedule in-person meetings. Late filings attributable to the ongoing public health emergency will be addressed on a case-by-case basis. Please be well and continue to follow the guidance of our public health authorities.
