Leah Rodenberg gives her time to a wide number of community organizations, while her job as Senior Community Affairs Program Manager at Alliant Energy helps the company further its mission of strengthening the communities it serves. Leah has worked at Alliant Energy for over 25 years and loves working for an organization dedicated to community service and engagement. In her role with the company, she helps manage sponsorships and grants as well as the Matching Gifts, Employee Giving Campaign, Scholarship and Volunteer Programs.
Leah attended Iowa State University where she graduated with a degree in journalism. She worked at the Greater Des Moines Chamber of Commerce Federation for five years before moving to Cedar Rapids in 1996. Leah currently serves as a board member of Four Oaks, Iowa 4-H Foundation, Hawkeye Area Community Action Program (HACAP), chairing the HACAP Food Reservoir Advisory Council, and vice chair of the Marion Public Library Foundation. She also serves on the Women Lead Change Steering Committee and the United Way of East Central Iowa Workplace Volunteer Council.
Leah and her husband, Tom, have two sons and reside in Marion.
