In accordance with the provisions of Iowa Code section 21.5(1)"c" &“g”, the Board will move into closed session to discuss:

1. Formal complaint against Eddie Mauro/Mauro Campaign Team re: alleged failure to file complete campaign disclosure reports
2. Formal complaint against Randy Ray re: alleged receipt of loan from a corporation & alleged campaign letter without attribution statement
3. Informal complaint against Amy Skinner re: alleged failure to file personal financial disclosure statement

IV. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION

Review of Discussion in Closed Session and entertain motions.

V. ADVISORY OPINIONS:

     1. To all interested persons re: campaign signs on vehicles parked on public property
     2. To all interested persons re: how campaigns shall report payments to credit card companies
     3. To all interested persons re: attribution statements on emails
     4. To the Iowa Department of Transportation re: definition of "dependent child" for gift law purposes
     5. To the Department of Human Services re: application of gift law
