7. CLOSED SESSION(S)
   1. Pursuant to Iowa Code section 21.5(1)(g), the Board may hold a closed session to avoid disclosure of specific law enforcement matters, such as current or proposed investigations, which if disclosed would enable law violators to avoid detection.
   2. Pursuant to Iowa Code section 21.5(1)(c), the Board may hold a closed session to discuss strategy with counsel in matters that are presently in litigation or where litigation is imminent where its disclosure would be likely to prejudice or disadvantage the position of the government body in that litigation.
