I. CALL TO ORDER
II. ELECTION OF OFFICERS
Pursuant to Iowa Code 68B.32(3), The board shall annually elect one member to serve as the chairperson of the board and one member to serve as vice chairperson. The vice chairperson shall act as the chairperson in the absence or disability of the chairperson or in the event of a vacancy in that office.
III. PROPOSED ADVISORY OPINIONS -
- Opinion requested by the Iowa Democratic Party regarding funds raised for presidential caucuses
- Opinion requested by Board addressing whether an attribution statement is required on internet videos
- Opinion requested by Board on attribution statements on coordinated expenditures
- Opinion requested by Ron McCarthy on the application of Iowa Code § 68B.4
- Opinion requested by the Board of Parole on whether alternate board members are required to file personal financial disclosure statements

- Formal complaint against Kevin Hatfield alleging use of public funds for political purposes
- Formal complaint against Lois Schmitz alleging violation of Iowa Code § 68B.3
- Formal complaint against National Organization of Marriage alleging failure to disclosure donors for independent expenditures
VI. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION
Review of Discussion in Closed Session and entertain motions on matters discussed in closed session.
