The Board will proceed over a hearing on the complaint against Lois Schmitz alleging the violation of Iowa Code §68B.3.

IV. ADJOURN TO CLOSED SESSION

In accordance with the provisions of Iowa Code section 21.5(1)“g”, the Board will move into closed session to discuss:

1. Complaint against Jeff McGinnis alleging the use of government resources for political purposes
2. Complaint against DeWayne Hopkins alleging the use of government resources for polticial purposes and the failure to include an attribution statement
3. Complaint against Skip Morre alleging the use of government resources for political purpose

V. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION

Review of Discussion in Closed Session and entertain motions on matters discussed in closed session.

VI. ADVISORY OPINION

1. To Iowa Democratic Party re: contributions via estate planning
