I.   CALL TO ORDER

In accordance with the provisions of Iowa Code section 21.5(1)“g”, the Board will move into closed session to discuss:

1. Formal complaint against Barbara Smith alleging use of government resources for political purposes
2. Formal complaint against Lundgren for Office alleging failure to disclose donors
3. Formal complaint Key City Properties and Joseph Bitter alleging attribution statement violation
4. Formal complaint against Senator Quirmbach alleging attribution statement violation
5. Formal complaint against Lauris Olson alleging attribution statement violation
6. Formal complaint against Ursala Frith alleging use of government resources for political purposes
7. Formal complaint against Lois Schmitz alleging violation of Iowa Code 68B.3
8. Formal complaint against Tom Slockett alleging use of government resources for political purposes

III. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION

   1. Review of Discussion in Closed Session and entertain motions on matters discussed in closed session

   2. Advisory Opinion issued to Chad Airhart
