Governor appoints Elaine Olson to the Ethics Board

Governor Reynolds appointed Elaine Olson, a democrat from Bettendorf, to the Ethics Board.  A vacancy occurred on the Ethics Board when Dr. Saima Zafar moved to Texas.  Read Ms. Olson's biography here.
