These voluntary reports show the receipts and expenditures by state parties from their caucus fund accounts pursuant to IECDB Advisory Opinion 2007-10. So long as monies in these funds are kept in a separate bank account established for a presidential caucus fund. Parties may voluntarily report the transactions related to that fund. Reports cover the prior year.
