Campaign Disclosure Reports Due Friday, July 19 by 4:30 p.m.

Candidates on the ballot for the general assembly, county office, and political committees expressly advocating in general assembly races must file a campaign disclosure report by 4:30 P.M. on Friday, July 19, 2024. It is the responsibility of each committee to know their filing obligations under Iowa law. Please note:

  • For most committees, the report will cover activities from May 15, 2024, to July 14, 2024, if the committee did not file a pre-primary supplementary report due May 31, 2024.
  • If this is the first report they have filed this year, the committee's report will cover activity from January 1 to July 14.
  • If a campaign filed a pre-primary supplementary report, the report due July 19, 2024, will cover the period May 29, 2024, to July 14, 2024.
