Pursuant to Iowa Administrative Code, all statewide candidates seeking a statewide office who will appear on the ballot in 2026 are required to file a Personal Financial Disclosure. The Personal Financial Disclosure was to be filed by 11:59 p.m. on April 30, 2026.
Due to an oversight, some statewide candidates were not informed of this requirement by Iowa Ethics and Campaign Disclosure Board no entered into the system allowing for filing. To resolve this oversight, the timeframe for completing the Personal Financial Disclosure has been extended to 11:59 p.m. on June 1, 2026, for those statewide candidates who did not receive notice.
