    1. Consider separation of the Legal Counsel position from same appointment as the Executive Director as previously established
    2. Consider employment of Legal Counsel position pursuant to authority under Iowa Code ยง 68B.32(5).

    1. Begin consideration of process for filling Executive Director position 
    2. Appoint Interim Executive Director to cover necessary duties
